Program
On September 27, 2013 the 4th Karlsruhe Service Summit will take place at Renaissance Hotel, Karlsruhe.
This Service Summit's topic is Service Experience.
The Service Summit is preceded by a Service Fair on the evening of September 26, 2013. The Service Fair allows enterprises that take part in the Service Summit to get to know the participants of the 2nd Karlsruhe Summer School on Services, to discuss about hot topics in Service Research and to network with other enterprises.
